Presenters Dr. Beth Malow and Judy Solan from Sleep Well Tennessee will share information about healthy sleep needs for kids ages 5-18, consequences of chronic sleep deprivation, and habits and strategies for improving sleep, The presentation will be followed by a Q & A session.
